Shawn Bragdon is a principal and founding member of BGA Insurance. His firm is one of the country’s leading independently owned distributors of life insurance, long term care, disability income products and annuity products. BGA Insurance is licensed in all 50 states, works with over 60 insurance carriers, offers a vast range of services including advanced case design, experienced underwriting, innovative ideas and unique insurance solutions.

Shawn has 32 years in the financial services industry which includes 14 years with Lincoln Financial Group where he was the Regional VP covering the western U.S. He’s a frequent industry speaker on a variety of advanced planning techniques and is considered and industry expert on life insurance and long term care insurance.

Shawn has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College, is a member of FINRA with Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses and received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College. Shawn has been married to his wife Cindy for 32 years and has two children Amber and Luc.
