Jenna Kozodoy is the Co-Founder and President of Wealthrive, where she combines her passion for leadership with operational excellence. Jenna has built her career on designing and implementing strategies that bring ambitious visions to life, including her instrumental role as the EOS Integrator for Freedom Family Office. At Freedom, Jenna worked alongside Noah Rosenfarb and Peter Culver in building Freedom Family Office as the go-to firm for entrepreneurs looking to elevate their wealth. She was key in brining Noah and Peter’s vision into reality by successfully launching Wealthrive, a firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs reduce taxes, grow wealth, and live abundantly.

Before her tenure at Wealthrive and Freedom, Jenna gained extensive wealth management experience at Goldman Sachs, where she helped manage over $500 million in AUM. Prior to that, she led a 19-person frontline Customer Experience team at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund with over $140 billion in AUM. Jenna’s dedication to building high-performing teams and fostering exceptional client experiences has been a hallmark of her career.

Jenna’s leadership journey began after graduating with a B.A. from Quinnipiac University, when she joined the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. There, she spearheaded Membership Services and served as Executive Director of the young professionals’ organization, representing over 2,000 members across south-central Connecticut.

A former competitive figure skater who trained for 15 years and traveled internationally, Jenna learned critical values like determination, resilience, and adaptability. These qualities fueled her transition into a successful coaching business, where she discovered a passion for understanding people and motivating them to achieve their greatest potential.
