After graduating with a degree in Business Administration double majoring in Marketing Management & Entrepreneurship & acquiring Latin Honors, Kyshia’s employment experiences included telecommunications, hospitality, technology solutions & food distribution. Her professional journey began with a focus on Marketing & Operations Management. Overtime, she has expanded her expertise to include Project Management, Customer Relations & Client Service. Her longest employment experience was with a local Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for almost 8 years where she was able to lay a strong foundation in strategic growth & operational excellence, equipping her to deliver seamless, results-driven solutions that enhance organizational success & elevate client satisfaction.

For the past 17 years, her proficiency in sales & marketing management, operations management, business administration & client relations management has propelled her to serve companies looking for experienced individuals to spearhead internal team building, project management & customer experience journey administration. She achieves this through proactiveness, meticulousness & positivism.

As a Director of Client Experience, she has spent the past five years working closely with clients to understand their unique personal circumstances and deliver tailored advice that aligns with their goals. Her expertise lies in creating custom financial plans using advanced tools like eMoney and providing strategic guidance through complex, multi-layered tax planning scenarios. With a deep commitment to client success, she combines technical precision with a personalized approach to ensure each plan meets the individual needs of her clients. Additionally, she oversees the development and execution of a comprehensive client experience strategy, manages the client relationship process, and leads initiatives that enhance satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty.
